Hello! I'm Brian and I grew up on our family farm in Dublin, Ireland. was born of my own frustration at seeing my father in poor physical condition from farming. He often suffered from lower back pain after long days at harvest or planting season and I wanted to do something about it.

I teamed up with Chartered Irish Physiotherapist and & Certified Athletic Rehabilitation Therapist Declan Monaghan to come up with some simple exercises that anyone can do on the farm, in the tractor, out in the field or in front of the TV.

My dad now follows these exercises throughout the course of his day on the farm, and it has helped to relieve his back pain. This ebook came about because others asked for the exercises too. It is designed to be easy to follow and with exercises you can during your work day.
